		<description>I think it&#039;s fantastic that you&#039;re concentrating on gender equality and taking the pschological factors and responses into consideration, especially for the fact that you&#039;re male, fighting for both men and women. I&#039;m very impressed! 

By the way, I loved a couple of your statements.  &quot;In this arena, women have long led the way. If that’s a problem for some of us guys, well, it’s time for us to get over it. Healthy leadership knows no gender.&quot; I had no idea there was a Women&#039;as Equality Day...but unfortunately, I&#039;m not surprised. I don&#039;t think very many individuals are aware of the Equal Pay Act, either. 

I also enjoyed,  &quot;For healthy men, sharing power can have such a healing, eye-opening upside: offering us an opportunity to lighten the load of responsibility so many of us still feel we have to carry.&quot;
